Workshop for Students of the University of the Third Age

Today, we had the great opportunity to meet with Students of the University of The Third Age – Warsaw University of Technology. A technical workshop on #biomaterials engineering was held in our laboratories. The students had the chance to 3D print biocompatible scaffolds, familiarize with our cell lab and get more insights about equipment and microfluidic-assisted technologies.

It has been a fantastic occasion to bring elder people close to our subjects and see how they come together and continue their enjoyment of learning. Huge thanks to our UTW PW Students and #BioGroupWUT lab members Ewa Walejewska, Alessia Paradiso, David Martinez Perez and Joanna Idaszek who took part in this amazing project together with Prof Wojciech Swieszkowski.
