WUT Rector visited the Biomaterials Group Lab

Today, the rector of Warsaw University of Technology Professor Krzysztof Zaremba (2020-2024 term) visited the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering (WIM). In this official occasion, we had the great pleasure to show him the #BioGroupWUT lab areas and introduce our latest research.

The meeting was promoted by our Dean, Prof. Anna Boczkowska. The Rector was accompanied by a delegation of representative members of WIM to get insights about our Faculty mission, in terms of education and research.

In this framework, we welcomed the Rector with a poster session about our latest research and with a presentation of recent works focusing on the interdisciplinary biomaterials field. Then, he visited our lab areas, including SEM/confocal imaging rooms, cell and tissue engineering lab, mechanical and chemical labs.
